What the audit validated
As part of the assessment, the auditor reviewed how Acudo (and supporting products, HLR Lookup, e164 and TPS Unlimited) manages quality and security across day-to-day operations, including:
- Governance and leadership for quality and information security, with clear roles, responsibilities and communication channels.
- Risk assessment and treatment, including scenario-based security risks and documented controls.
- Secure access and authentication, including use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and controlled provisioning of user access.
- Secure development practices, including controlled change management, peer review, and separation of development/test/production environments.
- Security monitoring and testing, including endpoint monitoring and regular penetration testing.
The audit also noted that the business has had no reportable security incidents to date.
